Technology
Hydroflex uses computer-controlled vapour degreasing technology that ensures the absence of harmful emissions through the recycling of solvent vapours and the use of airtight enclosures in processing equipment.
WASHING CYCLE: This is a sequential washing system that utilizes hot-cold vapour solvents, an optional immersion phase, and mechanical cleaning jets.
DRYING CYCLE: This is a closed circuit hot air system with condensation of the solvent vapours by refrigeration. The length of the drying cycle varies according to the type of materials processed. An optional vacuum-type drying process ensures shorter cycle times and gives better results when processing smaller products and items with complex surfaces. The reduction of residual concentrations is achieved through an active carbon recycling unit, regenerated with hot air in a closed system.
RECYCLING: In order to maintain maximum purity and consistent results, a water separation process, solids filtration and finally a distillation process all combine to ensure that the total cleaning operation always remains at optimum performance .
