Your drawings and models can be processed in a range of well-established file formats, and design information exchanged electronically via appropriate security protocols. This enables you to readily incorporate bellows assemblies into your design and data management processes, maintaining effective control of design interfaces and engineering changes.
Our engineers work closely and collaboratively with you to ensure that product meets functional design parameters, recognised design codes and standard engineering practice.
Where appropriate, Hydroflex uses finite element analysis techniques to optimize component design and predict operational performance under a range of simulated conditions, in conjunction with 3-D modelling software. Where required, prototype products can be tested to verify the predicted performance under simulated or actual operating conditions.
