Hydroflex bellows are manufactured as end form 1. with one integral closed end and one open end. End forms 2,3,4,5 and 6 are obtained from end form 1 bellows. Normally end form 1 bellows can only be supplied with the number of convolutions listed in the brochure.

End form 2:Both ends open and extended at the root diameter of the bellows. Normally end form 2 bellows can only be supplied with the number of convolutions listed in the brochure.
End form 3:Both end convolutions opened out to form a recess for end fittings. These convolutions are not active. End form 3 bellows can be supplied with any number of avtive convolutions up to TWO LESS than the number listed in the brochure.

End form 6:Both ends open, trimmed at root of end convolutions. Half of each end convolution is not active if soldered to flat end fitting. End form 6 bellows can be supplied with any number of convolutions up to the number listed in the brochure.
End convolutions prepared for welding (st.steel) hence max number of active convolutions is two less than full number indicated.
End form 7:A combination of end forms 2 & 7 and suitable for welding (st.steel). Max number of active convolutions is one less than full number listed in the brochure.
